Return/Exchange will only be offered
For pre orders & instock:
• If the product is damaged :
- Unboxing/Full Proof Video will be required.
- No claims without proper proof & the next day after the parcel has been received will be accepted.
• If we sent the wrong order
• For instock products only:
- If customer ordered the wrong model (depends on availability, If the correct one isn't available, they will receive a refund after deducting costs, but they must return the product first at their own expense)
- Additional charges will apply in both cases : availability & non availability
No Return/Exchange in the cases of
• Change of Mind
• I changed my model
• I don't like it
• Color difference (We mention it clearly in our captions)
Note:
- Opening parcels at the time of delivery is NOT allowed. Riders are strictly instructed (and it is clearly stated in our delivery remarks) We do not offer this facility.
- Returning a product directly to the rider is not allowed. The rider is strictly directed not to take back parcels, and this is clearly mentioned in delivery remarks. No refund will be provided if you refuse or attempt to return an order at the time of delivery. Any misbehavior or use of force with the rider will lead to strict action, including possible legal steps.
- We are not liable for any returned packages that are lost due to the customer's failure to receive the original delivery as a result of their negligence
- Once order is placed, no refund or cancellation is possible.
