This Payment Policy governs the terms and conditions related to payments made to Your Fav Shop (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order on our website or through any of our platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options to facilitate secure transactions:
A. Split Payment (50% Advance + 50% COD)

Customers are required to pay 50% of the total order amount in advance via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa to confirm their order.

The remaining 50% shall be payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) when the order is delivered.
B. Bank Transfer (Full or Partial Advance)

Customers may choose to:

Pay 100% of the total amount in advance through Bank Transfer or Easypaisa, OR

Pay 50% of the total amount to confirm the order and the remaining 50% before the order is dispatched.

C. Customised Cases

Customised cases require full payment (100% advance) at the time of order placement.

Split payment or COD is not available for customised covers.
2. Payment Confirmation

Advance payment is mandatory to confirm all orders.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.

If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled without notice.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the type of product:

Pre-Orders: 28–35 working days after advance payment is confirmed.

In-Stock Items: 4–5 working days after advance payment is confirmed.
Note: Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines are counted from the date of payment confirmation, not the date of order placement.
4. Proof of Payment
Customers must share valid proof of payment (screenshot, receipt, or transaction confirmation) through one of the following platforms:

Your order will only be processed after the proof of payment has been reviewed and verified.
5. No Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges

Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product selection, size, color, and address, are correct prior to making payment.

By placing an order, you expressly agree to our no cancellation and no refund policy.
6. Important Notes

Orders cannot be processed or reserved without the required advance payment.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify payment details before transferring funds. Your Fav Shop is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payments.

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, customs clearance, or public holidays.
- Opening parcels at the time of delivery is NOT allowed. 🚫 Riders are strictly instructed (and it’s clearly stated in delivery remarks) We do not offer this facility.
- Riders cannot take returns. Attempting to return a parcel to the rider will not result in a refund, and the parcel will not be taken backThis rule is clearly mentioned in delivery remarks and must be respected.

Any misbehavior or force with the rider will lead to strict action, including legal steps.
